On the road again, the Raptors are in Dallas to face a sad collection of Mavericks. This team has drafted miserably this century, and is paying the price. Even when they have picked well, the Mavericks have displayed impatience with their kids, and dumped them too soon. For example, the useful swingman Justin Anderson is now in Philadelphia, along with a first-round pick, for Nerlens Noel.
