Raptors 130, Trail Blazers 105: Toronto dominates Portland

The Toronto Raptors hosted the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday night, in a matchup that many figured would be a close contest between two phenomenal back-courts. By the end of one-quarter, the game was essentially over.

According to ESPN.com, Toronto’s win probability was already up to 95-percent at the start of the second quarter. The Raptors were up 19 after one, scoring 37 points in the opening twelve minutes.

DeMar DeRozan and Jonas Valanciunas were a huge reason for the Raptors large first quarter lead. Both players put together double-digit quarters, while also shooting hot from the field and from three.
