Powell has work cut out on deep Raptors

It all went so wrong for Toronto Raptors forward Norm Powell last season when his game regressed, his role disappeared and what looked like such a promising future devolved into a series of question marks.

It was a lost season for the 25-year-old who had once been pencilled in as a key piece for years to come, so he spent most of this past summer simply reacquainting himself with the Bench Mob that had left him in the dust with its overall contribution to the Raptors’ cause.
