Player grades from Toronto Raptors buzzerbeater defeat of Blazers

What a game. For a second, it appeared as if the Toronto Raptors would pull away for a nice easy victory, allowing everyone to enjoy their Friday night a bit early. That didn’t happen. In what was one of the most exciting games of the year, the Raptors needed Kawhi Leonard, and a little help from the rim, to secure a two-point victory.

Toronto controlled the first 2.5 quarters of the game. With just over three minutes remaining in the third, the Raptors were up 90-74. A 16-point lead for the Dinos which would have been significantly bigger if it wasn’t for the play of CJ McCollum.
