Troubling times are upon the Toronto Raptors and they are running out of days to figure things out.
With one half of their all-star backcourt badly outplayed by a former teammate and the team unable to making any kind of consistent offensive run, the Raptors dropped a 112-106 decision to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday night, another blow in their pursuit of the top seed in the Eastern Conference.
While they do still control their own destiny — they have five games left to hold off the Boston Celtics — the Raptors simply aren’t playing well enough in any facet of the game to be considered anything more than just another playoff team.
