OKLAHOMA CITY—OG Anunoby wasn’t at his offensive best as the Raptors began a quick two-game road trip with a 98-93 loss to the Dallas Mavericks.
The rookie forward went scoreless in 19 minutes and missed both three-point field goal attempts he made, a bit of an aberration for the 20-year-old.
It was the second straight game he’d been unable to connect from deep, going 0-for-3 in a win over Philadelphia on Saturday night.
And yet Toronto coach Dwane Casey says the biggest and best surprise Anunoby has provided the team this year is his shooting prowess.
