Brick by brick Norman Powell continues to build on his “comeback player of the year” storyline for the Toronto Raptors. After a promising 2015-16 season Powell found himself struggling throughout the 16-17 campaign. But, things seem to be turning back around for the once-touted prospect as he’s managed to string together a nice run of games.
