Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry's declaration that he will opt out of his contract and become a free agent has several teams wondering if they can reel in the All-Star point guard, including one in a familiar city for Lowry.
Keith Pomeroy of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports that the Philadelphia 76ers are planning a huge offer for the free agent. He goes on to report that Lowry has "been interested in playing for the Sixers for some time," as he grew up in Philadelphia and played his college ball at Villanova.
