Here’s a pet theory: with NBA teams getting sufficient rest far more than in previous seasons, there are fewer upsets. Teams with top players aren’t wearing them out with four games in five nights, and other scheduling nonsense from the recent past.
Teams which have emphatically righted their ships include the Cavaliers, having reeled off 11 straight wins, and Warriors, who are 9-1 recently.
