While I toyed with the notion of not publishing a revised Power Rankings until next Sunday (after all, there weren’t very many actual games this week), I decided to forge ahead. There’s been enough change in the rosters of so many teams that I need to take a stand.
Ergo, much of the Rankings are based on the effect of those deals which were consummated, rather than the handful of game scores.
