When Kyle Lowry addressed the media after the Raptors’ win over the New York Knicks on Monday, a game he left early after wrenching his right ankle in an awkward collision, the all-star point guard expressed hope to “not be out long” with this latest injury.
Implied in that statement was a resignation that he would miss at least some time, including Wednesday night’s road game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The team confirmed he had suffered a sprained ankle on Tuesday, and listed him as “questionable” for Wednesday.
