The Toronto Raptors are whole.

Kyle Lowry, who missed a quarter of the NBA regular season due to surgery on his right wrist, returned to active duty Wednesday against the Detroit Pistons, giving the Raptors a complete roster to use for the first time in more than a month.

Lowry missed 21 games due to Feb. 28 surgery to remove some loose bodies from a wrist that had been causing him discomfort for most of the season.
