Justin Anderson – a swingman for Raptors at #20?

With Terrence Ross on the shelf following left-ankle surgery, the Toronto Raptors need to consider adding depth at the wing. An interesting candidate is 21-year-old Justin Anderson, who’s 6’6″ and a muscular 230 lbs. He’s leaving Virginia following his junior year, one which started well but didn’t finish that way. Justin suffered some medical misfortune (a broken finger, an emergency appendectomy) and wasn’t the impact player he started as. He’s dropped into the mid- to late-20s in many mock drafts as a result.

Justin was of mild interest to NBA scouts as a defensive specialist until he cranked up his shooting percentage from beyond the college arc.
