As the Raptors play inside the Air Canada Centre on Saturday, large crowds are expected to gather outside in the team’s fan zone, colloquially known as Jurassic Park.

Expect a large-scale viewing party during the team’s playoff run, complete with a live DJ and merchandise giveaways. The square opens at 9:30 a.m., three hours before the Raptors take on the Washington Wizards. During last year’s playoff run against the Brooklyn Nets, as many as 10,000 people packed Maple Leaf Square.

For fans with tickets to the game, the team is advising them to arrive early to “set the tone early that this is not somewhere opponents want to play.
