Toronto Raptors center Jonas Valanciunas' sprained right ankle he suffered on Saturday will keep him out for the remainder of the team's second-round series against the Miami Heat, per the Associated Press (via NBA.com).
Valanciunas suffered the injury in the third quarter of Toronto's 95-91 Game 3 victory at AmericanAirlines Arena. The Raptors took a 2-1 lead in the series but will keep their big man out at least until the Eastern Conference Finals should Toronto make it that far.
Toronto's big man has been a vital component to the Raptors' best playoff run since 2001.
