Early on, it looked as if the game might be played in the 40s. Neither team could buy a basket, and more than halfway through the first quarter, the score was just 6-5. Toronto was playing fantastic defense but couldn’t hit an open shot.
The Raptors controlled most of the second, threatening to pull away at any time. However, just as it seemed as they were going to make their run, Philly answered with a few timely baskets.
