Raymond Felton reeled off six straight points in the final 37 seconds to turn a two-point Clippers lead into a six-point Clippers win as Los Angeles survived a furious comeback attempt by Toronto’s reserves to collect a 104-98 victory.
FOURTH QUARTER RALLY
Through three quarters, things were pretty uninspiring for Toronto. The Clippers, who had lost by 45 points to the Golden State Warriors a night before, controlled things easily. Then the fourth quarter happened and Toronto’s reserves put together a wild 19-0 run capped off by a Brady Heslip three-pointer that turned an 18-point deficit into a one-point lead.
