Kyle Lowry made a pair of free throws with nine seconds remaining to put Toronto up seven. The free throws sealed the win for Toronto in a game that featured six lead changes and six ties and gave the Raptors a 105-100 victory to move to 48-21 on the season.
PATTERSON OUT, JOSEPH RESTS
Patrick Patterson missed Sunday’s game with a sore left ankle. Patterson hurt the ankle in Toronto’s victory against the Boston Celtics on Friday. Cory Joseph also had the afternoon off for some much-deserved rest.
