CHARLOTTE, N.C.—He might have travelled before his first dunk but his second was emphatic and the throw-down later off a nifty behind-the-back pass from DeMar DeRozan was one of those “holy crap” moments that pop up almost every NBA game.
Yes, tt may have taken Serge Ibaka a bit of time to get fully comfortable in the Raptors offence but he’s certainly found a groove of late.
The two first-quarter dunks here were part of season-best 24-point night from Ibaka, who led Toronto to a 129-111 victory over the Charlotte Hornets here Wednesday night.
It was another dominant performance by the Raptors, who have now won four straight games and 10 of their last 11 heading into a meeting with the Sixers in Philadelphia on Thursday night.
