Toronto Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan is off to a spectacular start to his 2016-17 campaign, setting a new franchise record for the most points (105) a player has scored through the first three games of any season, per Sportsnet Stats.
DeRozan obliterated the old record during Monday's 105-102 win over the Denver Nuggets, breezing past the previous franchise-best marks set by Vince Carter in 2000-01 (84 points) and Chris Bosh in 2009-10 (93).
DeRozan has scored 32 or more points in each of Toronto's first three games, highlighted by a 40-point showing against the Detroit Pistons in the Oct.
