Chris Bosh has written a letter on his website sending his thanks to fans of the Miami Heat for supporting him and his family. Bosh discussed his admiration for the community support as well as the ups and downs during his time in Miami which was cut short due to health issues surrounding blood clots that saw him miss the entire 2016-17 season.
Bosh referenced his time in Toronto in the letter and said:
It was scary leaving Toronto, a place where people really loved and supported me, and I wasn’t sure if that great feeling would follow me.
