Champions of not only the Eastern Conference but the entire NBA. Last season turned out to be a historic season for the Toronto Raptors, winning their first-ever Larry O’Brien trophy and cementing their status as one of the best teams in NBA history.
That was last season, though. This season could be a little different. Without the privilege of having a superstar two-time Defensive Player of the Year in Kawhi Leonard, and a sharpshooter and all-around incredible defender in the shape of Danny Green, it’s safe to say the Toronto Raptors have regressed this year.
