After a heated elimination game coming off a devastating loss against Boston in Game 5, the Toronto Raptors bounced back in double-overtime with a 125-122 win on Wednesday to force a Game 7.
The highly contested matchup pushed the Raptors into unchartered territory — more than 50 minutes of play for some of Toronto’s starters — that took fans and the NBA world on an emotional roller-coaster ride.
“Best game in the bubble so far,” Oklahoma Thunder superstar Chris Paul posted on Twitter.
Many tweeted that “Kyle Lowry is the best Raptor ever” after the veteran point guard scored 33 points, coming through with many clutch shots in double overtime.
