The Maple Leafs have drafted centre Mitch Marner of the Ontario Hockey League’s London Knights with their first-round pick, fourth-overall, at the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.
Marner, a native of Markham, Ontario, finished second in the OHL scoring race with 126 points (44 goals 82 assists) in 63 games.
The first three selections were: Connor McDavid (Edmonton), Jack Eichel (Buffalo), and Dylan Strome (Arizona).
