A night the Marlies welcomed back Tim Erixon and Tyler Biggs, they allowed the visitors to gain control of the ice but took it back just in time.
The first place Marlies host the second place Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. The Marlies are 6 wins up on the Penguins for first the the AHL East. The Marlies come home after a road trip to Winnipeg and St. John's, winning one game in each city. The Penguins are in town following back to back overtime losses to the Portland Pirates.
The Penguins brought with them a busload of fans as the walk into the Ricoh was an even mix of Marlies and Penguins jerseys.
