Toronto FC and loyal supporters waited a long time to hoist the trophy that goes to the MLS regular-season champion. They had their moment on Sunday night at BMO Field, as the Supporters' Shield made the rounds.

The lyrics to Drake’s “Started From the Bottom” may not apply to anyone as well as they do to Toronto FC.
