The Reds return home to BMO Field this afternoon where they’ll take on former assistant coach Robin Fraser and his streaking Colorado Rapids team.
Toronto FC enters Sunday’s matchup undefeated in their last eight matches in all competitions, and with a 10th-place Rapids side rolling into town, there’s no reason as to why the Reds shouldn’t extend their season-high unbeaten run.
The Rapids have won three-in-a-row and a desperate for points after a disastrous start to their 2019 campaign. In fact, a loss today combined with other results could officially eliminate Colorado from playoff contention.
