Well, I asked for bold predictions for Wednesday, and you guys delivered. It turned out pretty heartbreaking in the end, but there’s a lot for Toronto FC to be proud of from their CONCACAF Champions League run. Their 2-1 win over Chivas also gave a lot of you a really nice sum of points — since it was a double point game, all of you who picked a 3-1 TFC win got six, and a couple people who predicted a 2-1 victory for the Reds got eight.
Nobody picked TFC to lose on penalties, but that’s understandable — it was a brutal ending that nobody really wanted to imagine.
