Toronto FC II got their home schedule underway with a solid 0-0 result on Friday night against the Rochester Rhinos at the Ontario Soccer Centre in Vaughan.
The starting lineup offered up a few surprises as both recent Caribbean additions, Aikim Andrews and Jelani Peters, were inserted in the eleven. Tsubasa Endoh, who provided that late spark in Orlando was back in the side, while Oyvind Alseth moved into the right-side of the midfield three, though Endoh and Alseth would swap on occasion.
Peters introduced himself to the TFC faithful braving the frigid conditions with a thumping challenge just three minutes into the affair.
