Drew Moor might have eight years of Major League Soccer experience on Eriq Zavaleta, but that doesn’t mean the rookie half of Toronto FC’s blossoming centre-back pairing struggles to be heard.
“What I like about Drew is that he’s got respect for me as well, and he’ll listen to me. Some guys don’t necessarily do that, especially with the stature that he has,” said the 23-year-old Zavaleta, who has been quietly establishing himself as one of the Reds’ top two central defenders since mid-May.
