Game two of Toronto FC’s three-match home stand sees the Reds take on the Houston Dynamo at BMO Field on Friday night.
TFC saw off a Chicago Fire team that looks to have improved significantly on their last-placed finish in the Eastern Conference in 2016 and now face a similar challenge in the Dynamo, who propped up the West. Houston’s offseason additions were not as eyecatching as Chicago’s but having scored 15 goals in seven games thus far, they appear to have fixed the offensive issues that plagued them last season.
The Dynamo’s good start has been built on their home form, however, with Wilmer Cabrera’s side playing five of their seven matches at BBVA Compass Stadium.
