TORONTO, Canada—It is ‘MLS is Back’ Tournament week! The Reds have landed and are settling into their new digs in Orlando.
With a little over four months since their last competitive match, a 1-0 win at home against New York City FC, Toronto FC will kick off their opening game of the tournament against D.C. United on Sunday July 12 at 9:00AM EST.
Because of this unusually long layoff, we at Waking the Red feel it’s best to give TFC fans a little refresher on the state of last year’s MLS Cup runners-up.
