The next time you have a beer a little too close to your men’s league soccer game, don’t feel guilty, the pros do it too!
After Jozy Altidore scored an equalizer today against Atlanta United, a disgruntled fan threw a beer at the Toronto striker. Sebastian Giovinco, feeling a bit thirsty perhaps, decided to have a quick drink.
Who knows what was in the cup, but the Italian didn’t hesistate, providing easily the best goal celebration of the season from Toronto FC.
Fans had been booing Altidore, and Michael Bradley, throughout the match, presumably because of their role in the United States missing the 2018 World Cup.
