This weekend’s edition of Rate the Reds may be a little belated, but perhaps some time to think isn’t the worst thing in the world. Toronto FC trounced the New England Revolution 4-1 last night, bringing back a flood of memories of a football club that plays an attractive, free-flowing game.
TFC have salvaged the tiniest speck of hope in the playoff race, with the mathematical nail not quite yet lodged in their coffin.
Perhaps the start of the match was a little shaky, but things definitely turned out alright, despite Jozy Altidore’s match-ending injury fairly early on.
