The 2019 MLS season will see the arrival of yet another expansion team in the form of FC Cincinnati. The newly minted MLS squad from Ohio will continue to bolster their roster via expansion picks today beginning at 2 p.m. Toronto FC fans will be all too familiar with the expansion drafts, having seen one of our own depart in last year’s rendition.
If you need a refresher, take note of Raheem Edwards, who was selected by LAFC in last year’s draft. Edwards was selected with the fifth and final pick of the draft and immediately traded to Montreal and subsequently Chicago.
