Michael Bradley is used to sharing the spotlight during Toronto FC’s off-seasons.
Two years ago, the midfielder and striker Jermaine Defoe were brought in as the highly-touted “Bloody Big Deal.”
With Defoe no longer in the picture last year, in came Sebastian Giovinco and Jozy Altidore to support Bradley. The three formed one of the most potent attacks in Major League Soccer last season.
With a wave of new faces signing with the club since October, the most recent off-season was less Bradley-centric.
But that doesn’t mean Toronto’s leader is any less important to the squad.
