Clint Irwin

The 26-year-old’s first professional contract was with Ottawa’s Capital City FC of the Canadian Soccer League. After declining Chris Konopka and Joe Bendik’s options, TFC pinpointed Irwin to help solve its unfortunate knack for leaking goals.
Justin Morrow
Left back
TFC re-signed Morrow to a multi-year deal following the 2015 season. Morrow played across TFC’s backline last season; Steven Beitashour’s arrival should mean more consistency for the left back this year.
Damien Perquis
Centre back
The Frenchman started 24 games last season, more than TFC’s other two most consistent centre backs (Ahmed Kantari and Josh Williams) combined.
