The MLS offseason moves fast.
Having lost Raheem Edwards to the Expansion Draft on Tuesday, Toronto FC will have two more of their players involved when the league’s Waiver Draft takes place at 3.30 p.m. on Wednesday.
They are Brandon Aubrey and Sergio Camargo, who were both signed to the first team but only appeared for TFC II in 2017.
The Waiver Draft can be something of a wasteland - not a single player was taken during the process last year.
Aubrey and Camargo’s availability is noteworthy, though, because it means that TFC have not taken up either player’s contract option for 2018 (if one existed) or offered them new deals.
