Buffalo Bills star pass-rusher Von Miller has a torn ACL and will miss the rest of the season, coach Sean McDermott announced Wednesday.
Miller has already underwent surgery to repair the injury, McDermott said.
The Bills placed Miller on injured reserve last Thursday, but the team had hoped he would be able to return by before the end of the season.
Miller had said last week on his podcast that he suffered lateral meniscus damage to his right knee.
