The Chicago White Sox continued their dominance over the Blue Jays, defeating Toronto 5-2 at the Rogers Centre on Saturday afternoon.
The Jays have now lost nine out of their last 10 against the White Sox and have dropped two straight.
The White Sox slugged three home runs — all solo jobs — off Toronto starter Marcus Stroman, one each by Todd Frazier, Matt Davidson and Jose Abreu. Stroman was pulled after seven innings, giving up three runs on six hits while striking out five and walking one.
If not for the long ball, it was a pretty good outing.
