Veteran Blue Jays still have important jobs to fill

DUNEDIN, FLA. - With just one day of preliminary workouts remaining before the start of spring competition, the Blue Jays have essentially survived, without serious injury, what many see as the most dangerous part of training camp.

The Jays now enter the next phase of culling the herd, with only a couple of minor aches and pains reported.

As a veteran team, with a division championship under its belt in 2015, Toronto has far fewer position battles than most teams but there are still some important jobs that must be decided.
