The Toronto Blue Jays have really turned their farm system around and it has turned into one of the more under the radar groups in baseball. While a handful of bats have emerged in the farm system, it is unmatched to what kind of pitching pipeline they have created.
In particular, Toronto's Double-A affiliate is absolutely loaded. Their starting rotation is ridiculous this season, following the promotion of Khal Stephen. They have four ranked prospects there, who are all dominating this year. A few are also looking like they could be ready for Triple-A and obviously success there could lead to Toronto itself.
