Nothing says playoffs like a rap track featuring former Blue Jays all-star Kelly Gruber in shades and an old-school Jays jacket.
Rap duo B & Steve dropped their latest hit single this week before the Jays officially won the American League East Wednesday night.
The high-energy hip-hop tune – entitled “Home Run Anthem” – could be the new “OK Blue Jays,” the song Jays fans belt out in unison during every seventh inning stretch.
Midway through the tune, Gruber, who won a World Series with the Jays in 1992, appears donning aviators and his trademark long, flowing locks.
