The Vancouver Canadians are off to their worst start in history. They dropped to 6-19 after a 7-3 loss to Everett. Adam Kloffenstein was an out shy of five innings. He gave up one hit, four walks and struck out three. Kloffenstein was trying to complete five innings but he reached his pitch count. He racked up nine groundball outs. Kloffenstein retired the first two men in the fifth but a curious visit by pitching coach Demetre Kokoris seemed to throw off Kloffenstein as he walked the next batter before his exit.
