Has Blue Jays manager Schneider learned absolutely nothing from previous playoff mistakes?

With the Toronto Blue Jays clearly on a roll as Trey Yesavage was obliterating the New York Yankees like no tomorrow, he entered the sixth inning on Sunday’s game ready to continue his dominance. But after getting Yankees catcher Austin Wells to pop out to Jays shortstop Andrés Giménez, the Blue Jays manager surprised everyone by lifting the 22-year-old rookie pitcher.

I get why John Schneider lifted Trey Yesavage, but the kid was no-hitting the Yankees. It’s sad how baseball, once the most mythic of sports, has surrendered its sense of history to load management.
