Brandon Drury was placed on the 10-day disabled list with a left hand fracture ahead of the Blue Jays' 7:07 p.m. ET game against the Red Sox in Toronto on Tuesday, the club announced. Toronto recalled infielder Richard Urena from Triple-A Buffalo in a corresponding move.
Toronto acquired Drury in a three-player deal with the Yankees before the non-waiver Trade Deadline, acquiring the Yankees' No. 19 overall prospect Billy McKinney for left-hander J.A. Happ.
Drury missed the majority of the 2018 season with the Yankees due to blurry vision and migraine-like symptoms.
