So, when the Blue Jays met to vote on post-season shares in September, they were in a giving mood. The 21 Jays — either active or on the disabled list for the whole season — voted to give full shares to the six players acquired at the trade deadline and four others who had been demoted to triple-A Buffalo during the season.
In all, the Jays voted to hand out 58 full shares of $141,834.
