Josh Donaldson took the next positive step toward his return suiting up in his first rehab game last night in Dunedin. J.D also had a familiar teammate alongside him in the lineup as shortstop Troy Tulowitzki played in the contest as well.
Donaldson went 0 for 2 with a couple of strikeouts and was also hit by a pitch in the shoulder before being pulled in the 5th inning.
After making a great defensive play in the first, Donaldson reaches on a HBP in his first at-bat. Tulo follows with a walk.
