The triple-A Bisons won in walk-off fashion Wednesday night when Domonic Brown singled in Jon Berti in the bottom of the tenth. Berti, just promoted to Buffalo from double-A, came in to pinch run for David Adams in the final frame and stole second base before plating the winning run.
Casey Kotchman‘s second home run of the season, a solo shot in the seventh, accounted for the rest of Buffalo’s offence on the night. Second baseman Andy Burns had a strong night at the dish, going 3-for-5 with a double hitting second in the lineup.
