Saturday afternoon the Toronto Blue Jays announced numerous roster moves, leading with the disappointing news that Alejandro Kirk was placed on the 60-day injured list.
Kirk last played in a game a week ago against the Atlanta Brave and had to be removed mid-contest with what turned out to be an injury to his left hip flexor.
